As a seasoned professional with 10 years operating in and scaling up sales teams across various industries, I have yet to find a Company as driven and committed to excellence for both their clients and their staff as Net Revenue.

After a 10-year career as a product manager at high-growth technology startups, and several years running my own growth agency, I made the decision in early 2025 to join Net Revenue as a contract sales rep.
The reason was simple. I wanted to grow my sales skills and saw this as an opportunity to get a lot of reps in while maintaining the flexibility to be present with my growing family (I have two toddlers at home).
Over the years I’ve worked with a number of reputable organizations, including Y-Combinator startups and “unicorn” fintech companies. Despite those experiences, I can honestly say that I’ve encountered something at Net Revenue that I had never experienced before in my professional career.
Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with here carries a sense of realness. There are no facades. It’s a culture where performance speaks for itself and is rewarded directly. Expectations are high, but they are centered around helping one another grow, not just professionally but personally as well.
I’ve had people at Net Revenue invest more into my development than I experienced at many of the institutions I was previously part of. Ben, our CSO, has personally met with me multiple times each week to help me improve and refine my craft. Scott, our COO, took a chance on me early on and gave me an opportunity that led to closing over $1.5M in cash collected in less than a year. Ambro, our CEO, consistently challenges everyone here to operate at a higher standard.

Being in a commission based position can be hard and lonely, but working at NR has been one of my favorite positions because of its environment. For being a remote team, we are incredibly connected. There is frequent and consistent communication with both colleagues and leadership, all encouraging the success of one another. Leadership truly wants to see us succeed and they work tirelessly to help us do so. Our commissions are uncapped, and the potential is literally unlimited, so the proof is in the pudding. We win together!!
