I can only give one star because I couldn't select zero. This is the worst debit card I've encountered. I received it as a gift and faced numerous challenges trying to activate it. When I finally reached someone, they asked for excessive personal information, which seemed unreasonable. Ultimately, I was told the card couldn’t be used due to inactivity fees that were charged because I couldn’t activate it in the first place. I would advise against using this service and will discourage others from doing so.
