I ordered a product on Sunday and immediately emailed customer service to cancel the order. Somehow they claimed it was already shipped from their warehouse and refused to cancel it.It’s honestly hard to believe an order can be processed and shipped that fast, especially on a Sunday. Instead of helping, they just told me I have to return it or leave it uncollected.Very disappointing customer service and no flexibility at all. I won’t be ordering again.
