I strongly advise against using this service or any similar program. Last year, I experienced a health issue that required visits to multiple doctors. My first stop was urgent care, where they conducted a CT scan and identified the problem. However, my claim was denied due to the necessity of prior authorization for CT scans. The facility has a maximum of 72 hours to submit this authorization, but as a new user, I was not informed of this until it was too late. Each time a doctor submitted a bill, it was declined because it was outside the 90-day window. Many medical practices are significantly behind on their billing, making resolution nearly impossible. Most providers were also unfamiliar with how to bill for this service. When I contacted customer support, it was an incredibly frustrating experience. Thankfully, I secured legitimate insurance before needing serious surgery, which processed claims without any issues. The service I previously had was over $600 per month, while the real insurance was $1,000 per month without a subsidy, and it was far superior.
