Our medication was listed and when we tried to fill it, they said it wasn't... even though it was still showing on the list. RIP OFF!UPDATE: We did NOT receive any rate increase notice as was mentioned in the response and we reached out to the broker that you used to gain our business. The broker informed us on multiple occasions that NetWell was aware of the issue and that since we were brand new customers, we were being grandfathered in at the lower rate. Your agent informed us that was not the case and gave a flippant response that "if we don't like it, cancel your policy." We gave NetWell a chance, and had a couple claims rejected. The final straw for us was when the medication was on the "free" list of approved medications and still is... was not actually "free". I should have read the reviews more thoroughly as our negative experience seems to be similar to many others.
