All of the Network Solutions "customer service representatives" are polite and have been well trained in the use of "I'm sorry". I must have heard it 20 times in my last conversation.
Unfortunately, a lot of "I'm sorry" does not correct the deficiencies, or dishonesty, in the system.
After many attempts I was finally able to reach a representative who purportedly resolved our issues and, pursuant to my request, sent me an email confirming every aspect of the resolution.
I had, less than an hour prior, written a review regarding the horror story that I had undergone with Network Solution for 5 months.
The following morning Network Solutions "Consumer Advocate", Marissa, replied to my review with:
"The issues you’ve outlined, including the unauthorized charges, refund challenges, chargeback confusion, and impact to your services are significant and deserve a thorough review. Our escalations team will be reaching out to you directly to take a closer look at your case and help however we can to work toward a resolution."

No one from Network Solutions has reached out to me directly but, within 10 hours of Marissa's response, our domain was deactivated which caused over 30 business email addresses to also be deactivated. Our domain is paid for until 2027 and our email "Web Host" package is paid for until 2030.
Another 4 calls to get the domain and email service back online and what I got was having the situation "elevated" for resolution "within 24 to 72 hours".
We have now been down 72 hours - 24 before the "escalation ticket" was generated and over 48 since then.
This is the second time that we have been taken off line in the course of 30 days.
If you like paying for services that are arbitrarily rendered, or not, with no recourse - use Network Solutions.
If you want to operate in an unstable business environment - use Network Solutions.
