First, the positives: the mats are excellent, arriving individually wrapped and flat, making them easy to lay down. They transformed our garage into a gym quickly, and the quality is impressive; they look wonderful once installed. Now for the negatives: I paid for next-day delivery, but they arrived 5 days late, with no replies to my calls or emails. This is quite disappointing for a service that offers a good product at a fair price. I would have anticipated a refund for the delivery fee or at least an apology. The product deserves a 10, but the customer service is a solid 0.
