Ordered dumbbells on Monday and they were delivered by Friday, really happy with the fast despatch as I ordered from another company in December but they still haven't been despatch! I had forgotten to apply an extra offer and was really pleased with their customer service, Alex helped and resolved it. Really recommend!
Arrived well packaged very quick. First impression is the handle is quite wide - good for me, some bells can be a bit cramped when using both hands. Also fairly thick again not a problem for me. Pleased with it metal kettlebell with a vinyl covering on the bell helps to stop marking on the floor

On December 20, 2025, I placed a Christmas gift order (Order [1101] [nws_es_es] | 1G99502) for two football goals and accessories.
As of early February 2026, the goals have still not been delivered.
Despite contacting support several times, customer service has been extremely slow and has provided no clear information, updates, or resolution.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Net World Sports.

Extremely disappointing service. I placed an order for a holiday gift weeks ago. Just two days ago, I was informed that they couldn't deliver the item I requested. They suggested a replacement and guaranteed it would arrive by Christmas Eve, but it has not arrived. They knew this was a gift for a child.
This is not a local company despite having a local website. I ordered children's products that were promised to arrive before the holiday season. Half of my order was shipped with one courier and the other half with a different one. The first part arrived late, making it impossible to gift without the second half. The second courier is uncontactable, and the service has a very low trust rating. I am extremely disappointed with the service, especially since the delivery fee was supposed to ensure timely arrival for the holidays. I recommend avoiding this company due to its unreliability!
First, the positives: the mats are excellent, arriving individually wrapped and flat, making them easy to lay down. They transformed our garage into a gym quickly, and the quality is impressive; they look wonderful once installed. Now for the negatives: I paid for next-day delivery, but they arrived 5 days late, with no replies to my calls or emails. This is quite disappointing for a service that offers a good product at a fair price. I would have anticipated a refund for the delivery fee or at least an apology. The product deserves a 10, but the customer service is a solid 0.
