This is not a local company despite having a local website. I ordered children's products that were promised to arrive before the holiday season. Half of my order was shipped with one courier and the other half with a different one. The first part arrived late, making it impossible to gift without the second half. The second courier is uncontactable, and the service has a very low trust rating. I am extremely disappointed with the service, especially since the delivery fee was supposed to ensure timely arrival for the holidays. I recommend avoiding this company due to its unreliability!
