Extremely disappointing service. I placed an order for a holiday gift weeks ago. Just two days ago, I was informed that they couldn't deliver the item I requested. They suggested a replacement and guaranteed it would arrive by Christmas Eve, but it has not arrived. They knew this was a gift for a child.
