They added a subscription to my order that I didn't choose and charged me for it. They refused to refund, claiming I must have known I selected it. I canceled the subscription on the same day, but a month later, I was charged again for the same subscription I had canceled. They insisted they didn't know about my cancellation but promised to cancel it this time. I know they're not being honest because I checked the portal before contacting them again, and there was no subscription listed. They continue to deny any refunds, claiming I'm lying, but I have proof of my cancellation.
