I know they're not being honest because I checked the portal before contacting them again, and there was no subscription listed. They continue to deny any refunds, claiming I'm lying, but I have proof of my cancellation.

They automatically subscribe you and charge you monthly for reorders that never arrive, taking money from your account without authorization. I've tried reaching them, but a week later, I still haven't heard back. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one. Total scam.
