They did not honor my cancellation after my first order. For months, they continued to deduct nearly $50 CAD from my account despite my cancellation in July. It still shows as 'pending' when I check. They claimed it wasn’t processed in time and offered me a 'free' bottle, which isn't free if I’ve already paid hundreds. They refuse to refund me, and I’ll have to involve my bank to reverse these charges. Avoid this company; they prey on vulnerable individuals with their predatory subscriptions.
