The belt took a while to arrive but is very well made and does provide decompression if that’s what you need. It’s comfortable to wear, especially while lying down. The instructions could be clearer, but it’s relatively easy to understand. Unfortunately, after using it for about five days, my neurosurgeon advised against decompression for my nerve inflammation condition, so I will need to return it. I hope the return process goes smoothly.
