I got my device today and I'm thrilled to start using it. It seems to be very well constructed. The instructions could benefit from a bit more detail on fitting and adjusting the pad locations with the belt locks. Once I completed the initial setup, figuring out how to use it was straightforward, and I could feel it working. I understand results take time, but I believe this will assist in alleviating my back issues!
