I ordered a knee brace on Feb 22. I immediately noticed the shipping address was incorrect and emailed them, asking if they can update it or cancel (so I can re-order). They replied saying they received my order and it will ship soon. They did not acknowledge my issue/question at all. Might be a bot/AI response.

On Feb 23, I received an email saying it has shipped, and shipping info will show in 24-48 hours. After 72 hours, there was no update. I email again asking if it even shipped. 5 days after my last email (7 days since it "shipped), they replied saying it's in transit and shipping info will show in 24-48 hours.

It's been 7 days since it has "shipped" and there's no info, and they never acknowledged my initial issue. I'm pretty sure they just took my money and did nothing. A complaint has already been filed with BBB, and I'll be disputing with my credit card next.
