I've noticed a lot of positive shifts since doing the Neurotoned program. Even after a couple of weeks of the 30 day program I noticed my mind and body relax as my vagus nerve started working properly. Since then I've been doing the monthly programs (which are so inexpensive for what you get I highly recommend them) and I love how each month has a different theme with a focus on the nervous system. I'm learning a lot and this has enhanced my awareness so I see now when I'm holding or bracing or rushing or have underlying anxiety and I now have a variety of tools to use to calm and shift back into a balanced, regulated nervous system. I wish I had done this years ago!
