I did not purchase the fit guarantee, but I did purchase a 3 year warranty in case I have future issues after repeatedly opening and closing the bamboo blinds.As for the product, it appears to be quality. It has a nice weight to it and was easy to install. I feel the bamboo shades look more expensive than what I paid for them and I will order again from Neutral Curtains for additional windows.
