I am extremely satisfied with our purchase! We ordered 5 Roman shades with motorized controls, and they arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. The fabrics were just right, matching perfectly with the samples I had previously received. Installation was straightforward. Although setting up the remote and pairing the shades was a bit challenging for someone not very tech-savvy like me, the instructions were clear, and we followed them step by step. We truly love our shades and plan to buy more for other rooms soon.
I selected these curtains due to their clear measuring instructions and quick, free delivery of sample books. The curtains arrived in under a week and were the ideal length. They were well-packaged, and any wrinkles disappeared without the need for ironing or steaming. However, I would appreciate it if they offered c-hooks for rods that are already installed with wall-mounted returns.

First, I love the amount of swatches you sent that was very helpful. Next I absolutely love, love the Roman Shades I ordered. It's so hard to find a company that puts the same color fabric on the outside as the lining! I love that. The quality is awesome and I love the fabric. Do not hesitate to order from this company !
The website offers easy to follow instructions for measuring and ordering. I did not purchase the fit guarantee, but I did purchase a 3 year warranty in case I have future issues after repeatedly opening and closing the bamboo blinds.As for the product, it appears to be quality. It has a nice weight to it and was easy to install. I feel the bamboo shades look more expensive than what I paid for them and I will order again from Neutral Curtains for additional windows.
