I have been waiting for them to reply to me. Sent them an email and also left several messages on Instagram but no response. How can such a big brand have such bad customer service? I have been waiting for my order (401830) but there is no way I can reach them to ask if they are actually planning to deliver my order? Or if I can get a refund because there are alot of other good brands out there who actually value their customers and don't scam them by taking their money but no reply.
