I have purchased many beautiful pieces from Nevaeh. The jewellery is superb quality and very stylish. It is completely waterproof and tarnish free even when using perfumes and lotions. I wear many of my pieces all the time and they look as good as new. I always look forward to their new products to add to my collection. Highly recommend.
The jewelry pieces I ordered and received are beautiful. Can’t wait to wear them. The only con is the shipping time. It took about a month. They do have a quick response time when I emailed to inquire about the shipping status. I will order again though now that I know what to expect.
I have been waiting for them to reply to me. Sent them an email and also left several messages on Instagram but no response. How can such a big brand have such bad customer service? I have been waiting for my order (401830) but there is no way I can reach them to ask if they are actually planning to deliver my order? Or if I can get a refund because there are alot of other good brands out there who actually value their customers and don't scam them by taking their money but no reply.
I have ordered of Nevaeh about 4 times now and Honestly its the best jewllary I have ever brought. The prices are cheap and the quality us amazing. I will definatly recommend to friends and family. I have had a couple issues with thd jewllary but they were resolved very quickly.
The jewellery is fabulous, such lovely designs, durable and doesn't turn green with water exposure. Delivery is always so speedily and they always have great promotions! Love me some Neaveh!
The delivery was very slow. The jewellery arrived without gift bags and the company claimed this is their policy. No mention on website about this. Companies House list company in England but they ask for returns to be sent to Hong Kong. Tracking now states that the company contacted Royal Mail and asked that the parcel not be delivered to the address provided.

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered several mystery boxes on December 27th and received them just a few days ago, leading to a very slow delivery. What I received was subpar jewelry—low quality, lacking variety, and it felt like they just gathered unsold items and sent them off. I can't speak to the durability, but so far, the clips on the bracelets don't connect, and the rings are far too small for me to wear. Although I am a petite woman, the rings seem to be designed for children (they do fit my 6-year-old niece!). Overall, the quality and shipping time were appalling, raising serious doubts about the service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
