I emailed the customer service team recently for different issues. Both times, I received a very quick response, and the representatives were friendly, resolving my concerns immediately. Although there isn’t a customer service phone number, just a contact form, I got a reply within 2 hours (even on a Saturday morning). It's excellent to communicate with a real person who understands your needs quickly, making it efficient yet personal. Plus, I didn't have to deal with endless prompts.
