Completely ineffective. I had a no-fault car accident in May 2021, and after completing all doctor visits over a year ago, I found them disorganized. They are untruthful over the phone, and my claim manager changes weekly. After nearly 4 years of nothing happening, I am tired of calling them and being lied to. The service should not be associated with any reputable insurance provider. This is the worst experience I've had with any service.
