This company has been dealing with family probate for more than 4 yrs and still waiting. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. All they give is the run around. I think they are trying to make interest on our money or they want us to get frustrated and keep the funds. Everyday they need something else. Got stuffs notarized still not good enough for them. If you are looking to do a probate stay far as possible from this company. I would give them a 0
RTA June 2023. Settlement finalized in December 2025. I am pleased with the outcome and feel very satisfied. Completely ineffective. I had a no-fault car accident in May 2021, and after completing all doctor visits over a year ago, I found them disorganized. They are untruthful over the phone, and my claim manager changes weekly. After nearly 4 years of nothing happening, I am tired of calling them and being lied to. The service should not be associated with any reputable insurance provider. This is the worst experience I've had with any service.
Steer clear of this service. They do nothing for their fee. Quick to contact you after an accident, but once you sign, they vanish. They only act when you repeatedly call them, and it’s always someone else’s fault when confronted. Nearly 2 years after my accident, despite the other party admitting fault, I’m still waiting. If you want a team that does nothing for their money and prolongs your case, choose them; otherwise, avoid at all costs.

When I requested to speak to a manager, I was either ignored or promised a callback that never came. The information I received was inconsistent, often leaving me feeling misled. My case has been settled, yet I'm still waiting for compensation. Two years later, no closure in sight. Even if you manage to raise a complaint, don't expect any action. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. The lack of communication and accountability has been appalling.
Would rate zero if I could. After an RTC in July 2024, I'm still waiting for everything to be processed. It took them 6 months to process my medical claim. I signed everything back in August and now, in December, have heard nothing. Terrible service, they pass you around and you can never reach anyone. I advise avoiding them completely.
I regret choosing this service. I only made my claim with them based on a recommendation, but I truly wish I hadn’t. The third party admitted liability on the same day, yet I've been waiting a year for any progress. After completing everything they requested, I signed the final documents months ago but have seen no action. Now they’re asking for three months of bank statements. It’s disgraceful. I hope they lose clients and face consequences for their negligence.
