They only act when you repeatedly call them, and it’s always someone else’s fault when confronted. Nearly 2 years after my accident, despite the other party admitting fault, I’m still waiting. If you want a team that does nothing for their money and prolongs your case, choose them; otherwise, avoid at all costs.
