My experience with the service has been nothing short of frustrating. Over the past two years, I've seen minimal progress on my claim, despite my constant follow-ups. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was either ignored or promised a callback that never came. The information I received was inconsistent, often leaving me feeling misled. My case has been settled, yet I'm still waiting for compensation. Two years later, no closure in sight. Even if you manage to raise a complaint, don't expect any action. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. The lack of communication and accountability has been appalling.
