**⭐ 1 Star – Avoid GS Law / Ageas Law at All Costs**I had a non-fault road traffic accident in **November 2023**. The other driver admitted liability immediately by text, and I provided full evidence (photos, receipts, witness info). Nearly **two years later**, the case is *still* not settled.Throughout the process, communication has been appalling — repeated requests for the same information, constant staff changes, and long periods with no updates. I was told of **data breaches and cyber incidents**, but never reassured how my information was being protected. Calls and emails often go unanswered, and when they do respond, the tone is dismissive and unhelpful.The service is so disorganised it borders on negligence. I was promised around **£5,000**, but I’m now being offered **£900**, which doesn’t even include my **£500 excess** — despite that being submitted multiple times. When I phoned to query this, I was spoken to with total disregard.The only reason I ended up with GS Law / Ageas Law was because **Tesco Insurance allocated them** — otherwise, I would never have chosen them. This firm feels chaotic, under-trained, and uninterested in clients.**Summary:*** Case unresolved after 2 years* Poor communication & repeated admin errors* Data breach & zero accountability* Disrespectful tone from staff* Out-of-pocket £500 ignoredI’m sharing this so others can avoid the same experience. If you’re assigned them through your insurer, **insist on a different solicitor immediately**.
