I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, this solicitors is so shit, so unprofessional, so slow and so sketchy. Everytime I sent documents they would loose them and then when I would ask for an update then that’s when they will mention that I need to send xyz paper work again. My claim started in 2024 and it’s still not been processed. DO NOT CLAIM WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR YEARS THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WITH NO INFO AND NO CLAIM
