Worse council I have live, I bought my flat 6 years ago, 3 years ago they brought 2 neighbour with mental healt issues, One lives above me the other one next to me,I t has been a nightmare since then, they are violent aggressive, shouting crying, one of them broke all the communal windows 4 times! And now he burnt his netting proteccion in his balcony. Last Christmas, he flooded the whole building, and now he is being threatened, saying that he wants to set the building on fireThis has been reported to the police and council for 3 years emails, calls and the same answer all the timeOne person from the council told me to find somewhere if I could to not stress out, another one told me to have faith, like they are having a laughI had to sleep at work,friends and hotel, because I am scared everyday to be I'm my own house or come back from work.This people don't really care. A part of that the area where I live is completely abandoned, a mess, the roads the streets are very bad alwsys dirty and rubbish everywhere very dirty area. My building is isln so bad conditions that when you enter it looks like needs a renovation, and they are charging me £10000 for works they did when all the time everything is broken, and 300 pound of service charge! You expect the building to be in good conditions for this money They are very quick to ask for money but then you don't see results.I live before in another areas in London l, this one the worse one and the council horrible service and horrible system.
