We found a caravan we wanted at this dealer & put down a deposit making it clear we needed to sell our caravan before being able to buy his van. Their van needed work done on it & I found mould on the window blinds. The dealer agreed to fit a motor mover & new tyres. The vans tyres were over 10 years old so not road worthy. Even so he added new tyres to our bill plus the mover. He would not guarantee the van was free of damp either.The upshot was that we couldn’t sell our van so he has put his van back up for sale. He has not given us our deposit back or even part of it as a gesture of goodwill.I would urge people to thoroughly check any caravans from this dealer. They seem over priced and not in very good condition. It was difficult to get hold of him. They dont answer the website contact or the phone. I had to text him. He is now nearly £900 better off & we have had to cancel our holiday. It was a mistake I regret.
