I ordered parts that I believe were listed as in stock. Perhaps I made a mistake and the website listed them as Factory stock. I don't think so, but the parts were ordered from factory stock and it took about two weeks for Newark to receive the parts from the manufacturer. Then, the website still said that Newark was waiting for the parts but customer service said the parts were in. Two days later the website said that Newark had received the parts, yet no shipping occurred. It is now four business days later and the parts still have not shipped. Each day customer service sends me an email saying, "We are still awaiting response from our internal team. Please allow us some more time." And, "Per supplier has shipped the stock [part number] to our warehouse, which is received please allow us some time to have your order allocated and ship the complete order at the earliest."
