Waited 30mins for a shuttle because after calling they still left without me and the shuttle was right there as i was crossing the street but I had my 84 year grandmother with me so I couldnt run to catch it. But what is frustrating was I did call them to tell them we needed to be picked up and they said yes the driver is on their way to pick up someone else. So they were aware we were there but left without us.
