Waited 30mins for a shuttle because after calling they still left without me and the shuttle was right there as i was crossing the street but I had my 84 year grandmother with me so I couldnt run to catch it. But what is frustrating was I did call them to tell them we needed to be picked up and they said yes the driver is on their way to pick up someone else. So they were aware we were there but left without us.
Easy app to use booking is a breeze. Then you arrive scan your booking details and park the bus takes you directly to your terminal. Pick up was quick tap the app to request pickup and the bus pulls up and drops you back at your car. Drivers are great and helpful with luggage. We’ll continue to park here in the future.
Staff was very nice and always there to pick up the phone and answer questions. I won't park anywhere else. This is the best lot and I've tried them all. Easy to book, reasonably priced, easy to get to and very safe and secure. Airport shuttles run constantly so you never miss a flight and can get back from airport easily and driver helps with luggage. Excellent. Highly recommend.
