Great product but worst deliveryservice I have known. I will never buy from New Balance again till you sort your s#*t out . Your customer service aren't interested either when you email or talk on the phone . There's other brands out there that seen to be able to do this a lot better. Your ratings seem to be mostly about your delivery . Badly run company that has lost my loyalty / following .
