Frustrating order process with no confirmation

I placed an order recently, and while my payment went through, I didn’t receive any confirmation email for three days. After reaching out for help, I was still left without confirmation. I was told to provide my order number to track my delivery, but it was sent to a shop instead of my home, which was very frustrating.

Avoid at all costs due to terrible customer service

I bought a pair of shoes in late May and barely wore them. One sole split, which is clearly a manufacturing issue. I reported this in early December after noticing the split in November. I can't talk to anyone locally and can't return to a store. A manager acknowledged the issue but couldn't assist. Customer service is nonexistent, and I'm constantly being dismissed in chat. The representative refuses to replace, refund, or repair them due to their age. I've escalated the issue, but it's been denied again. All they offered was 25% off my next purchase, which is absurd. I won't buy from them again! Avoid this company; you'll regret it.

Frustrating order experience with no confirmation

I ordered a pair of shoes recently, and although my money was deducted, I received no order confirmation for three days. After waiting, I called for assistance but still got no email. On my second call, I was told to note my order number for tracking. I had requested home delivery, but they sent it to a shop without informing me. This has been a very disappointing experience.

A frustrating ordeal with no resolution

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my children, and both broke within four days. While they issued vouchers for the faulty shoes, the process was a nightmare. The items I purchased with the vouchers were of poor quality and nothing like I expected. After leaving honest reviews, I noticed they were removed. When I contacted customer service, they suggested I return the items but wouldn’t issue new vouchers or a refund because I used a voucher to buy them. They offered me a £10 discount, which I declined as I won’t order again.

Unacceptable exchange policy for gifts

I bought expensive running shoes as a gift, and the site claims a 60-day refund policy without mentioning exchanges. Since I bought them in October, I've been told I'm outside the timeframe. Now I’m stuck with the shoes that I can't return. This is ridiculous and not what I expect from high-end products.

Difficult returns process and unhelpful staff

This company has one of the most convoluted return processes I've encountered. I ordered trainers for a gift but ended up needing a different size. The initial order lacked return paperwork, while the correct size had a prepaid label. I called for help since I don’t have a printer, but the staff were unhelpful, insisting I must use the UPS label. They offered no assistance when I explained the situation. It’s frustrating that I must spend money on a printer just to return them. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the company.

Extremely poor service and unresolved orders

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I ordered shoes that were never sent and held my money for weeks without resolution. They offered a partial refund after much persistence but refused to cover shipping costs for an order that never left the warehouse. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

Received mismatched shoes and no accountability

I ordered a pair of shoes but received one in my ordered size and another in a larger size. I never wore them until after the return period, and now the company refuses to acknowledge their mistake or offer an exchange. I'm extremely disappointed and feel this is a breach of consumer law. Their customer service is lacking.

Just like most people recently

Just like most people recently, I also bought some 327 shoes and just like others my parcel also had issues. I did contact NB who a lady named El was able to resolve the matter for me and kept me in loop. The issue in this case is caused more by UPS than NB. Shame NB are getting a bad rep from mistakes from UPS though.

Disappointing quality for the price

I purchased trainers that fell apart after minimal use. Initially, I overlooked a minor fault, but now the other shoe is also damaged. Given the price and advertised quality, I expected much better. I'm incredibly disappointed with the manufacturing quality and have received no offer of repair or assistance.
