I would give zero stars if possible. This company is absolutely diabolical. I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for her 18th birthday. The shoes were meant to arrive on Saturday but supposedly they tried to deliver them early and left them on the front doorstep on a public road with public access. The shoes were not there when I arrived home. I rang New balance straight away to report this issue but sadly nothing two weeks later and several emails to new balance I have not had any communication other than this is being investigated I’m unbelievably disappointed with spending this kind of value of money with a company and yet do not even get acknowledged. Do not buy from new balance directly. I have learnt this the hard way and I’m now out of pocket by £160.I’ve even reported this to the police and sent this documentation to new balance still not to be acknowledged avoid if possible.
