When I contacted customer support, they informed me that I would need to return the shoes and wait 14 days for a refund before I could repurchase them. I expressed my frustration, but they didn't seem to acknowledge my concerns or offer any assistance. Ultimately, they did nothing to resolve the issue and were not kind at all. If you decide to purchase from this brand, I recommend buying in stores or through another platform.
