I purchased a footmuff during a sale, but they sent me a clearly used item: it was broken and arrived in an open box. It even had hair from the previous owner. Since then, I’ve tried to contact them for a refund but have received no answers. Their communication via email is poor—they keep delaying the collection for the refund. I would like to know how to proceed, as they are clearly not interested in providing a solution.
