I would give 0 stars if possible! The shipping experience has been horrific - the promised 'Free express 2-3 day delivery' turned out to be a complete lie. My order is several days overdue and now looks like it will take almost 14 days to arrive! I’m truly appalled; it seems the business is struggling and honestly doesn’t deserve to thrive.
Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. I arranged a simple collection for my pushchair, yet the store was closed and it was delivered to my home without my consent. Upon arrival, it was damaged (DPD tossed it over the gate) and it was the wrong item altogether. It’s evident there are zero checks or professionalism from either the company or the delivery service. The aftercare was equally disappointing—slow responses and no accountability. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic information, and every interaction felt like they were just trying to get rid of me. Receiving the wrong product was bad enough, but to have it damaged and deal with such poor customer service was incredibly frustrating. I genuinely regret ordering from this company and strongly advise others to avoid them. I sought support through social media, but found their responses blunt and rude.

I felt confident ordering from this store after checking reviews. I ordered two car seats online on 09/12, with a delivery promise of 2-3 business days. That was 13 days ago, and apart from the initial confirmation, I've received nothing—no product, no tracking info, no updates. I've emailed multiple times without a response, and even messaging through social media led to minimal communication. I’ve never experienced such poor service and it's frustrating because I really want the product. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I may have to seek a refund through my bank. I wish I had never discovered this store; they clearly don’t care about resolving issues.
I purchased a footmuff during a sale, but they sent me a clearly used item: it was broken and arrived in an open box. It even had hair from the previous owner. Since then, I’ve tried to contact them for a refund but have received no answers. Their communication via email is poor—they keep delaying the collection for the refund. I would like to know how to proceed, as they are clearly not interested in providing a solution.
Only part of my order arrived! I can’t reach anyone by phone and have sent multiple emails without a response. I'm very disappointed with this service. If I don’t get a resolution soon, I'll have to report this to trading standards, which is just more stress for someone expecting a baby!
