I ordered a stroller from Newbie and Me on 18th October, and it’s now weeks later — still no product, no update, no communication. I’ve emailed their customer service with no response whatsoever. I even tried calling several times, and no one ever picks up the phone.This is completely unacceptable for a company that deals with essential baby products. I’m left in limbo, with money taken and nothing delivered. At the very least, customers deserve honest communication and transparency — neither of which Newbie and Me seems capable of.If you value reliability and customer service, avoid this company until they learn how to treat customers properly.Right now, I’m just hoping I get the product and don’t end up losing my money.
