I ordered two Christmas ornaments as a St. Nicholas gift for my daughters, but only one was delivered. I reached out to customer support for a replacement of equal value, but instead, I received a refund for the difference. This required me to seek an alternative gift in a store, which was somewhat disappointing.
I ordered four tree decorations, and it took more than two weeks to arrive. When it finally did, the box contained only one item, which was not any of the ones I ordered! I am very frustrated! I planned to give these as gifts and thought I had ordered in plenty of time. Extremely disappointing.
