I'd rate it zero stars if possible

I would rate it zero stars if I could. I ordered on December 12 as a Christmas gift, and there's been no update despite multiple attempts to reach out. I paid $50 total ($20 for EXPRESS shipping, which claims 3-5 days) and I'm appalled. I no longer even want the item. I'm determined to make contact with someone. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.

Clearly a scam

I ordered a plush toy, and it took nearly two months to arrive (I feel lucky to have received it at all, as many others have waited over six months with no updates). The quality was much lower than advertised and differed in several aspects. They do not provide refunds, and their shipping timeline of 1-5 days is more like months or longer. I would never take a chance with this brand again. Additionally, these items are made and shipped from overseas.

If I could give NO stars, I absolutely would! What a scam! I wish I had researched before making a purchase. I placed an order on November 13, 2024, and it's now December 19, 2024, with the status still indicating 'Preparing to Ship.' I've emailed three times for an update, receiving only a vague response stating, 'a few more weeks'—what a SCAM!!

I feel cheated

I feel cheated. I ordered a plush toy in June 2024. Today is December 14, 2024, and there's still no delivery, with no responses to my six emails. I will have to dispute this with my bank to recover my hard-earned money from these fraudsters!
