I got offered NBS via a mortgage broker. The whole process was very easy. The only reason as to why it isn't 5 stars is for the simple reason that when being a legal document the address that I was buying was mis-spelt/missing letters and after requesting for this to be changed and updated on the documents that I received, Mortgage Deed and Mortgage Offer - only one out of the two were updated and then had a covering letter to confirm that they have updated the correct spelling. I wasn't happy signing a document that wasn't correct and then when the request as redone not all of the documents were updated.I am very happy with NBS as they also sent me a welcome gift box with like a starter kit of being a home owner which was a really nice touch.
