There seems to be a political bias at play, as if the institution has influenced any oversight committee. They misjudged my character and used my justified reaction to remove me from the course. Upon requesting my subject access request (SAR), which I advise anyone with a negative experience to do, it revealed contradictions from the college team. Initially, they claimed my grades were insufficient, then they withheld my grades and attempted to pressure me into dropping my complaint. If they attempt to remove this review, I will submit another. This place can severely affect your self-esteem.
