This is probably one of the worst orgainisations I have ever had to deal with. Despite daily demands for money from them, when I contact them, they claim to not know who I am. I bought a product via AO (never again) and used NewDay for finance. It was all paid in full and the plan cancelled but they are demanding money for annual charges. They are uncommunicative, have still not sent me a detailed statement, nor have they given me their complaints procedure which was requested months ago. They have referred me to credit reference agencies and send repeated demands for money but without any opportunity to reply or dispute their demands. I am now referring the matter to the Financial Ombudsman and seeking legal advice.
