This is probably one of the worst orgainisations I have ever had to deal with. Despite daily demands for money from them, when I contact them, they claim to not know who I am. I bought a product via AO (never again) and used NewDay for finance. It was all paid in full and the plan cancelled but they are demanding money for annual charges. They are uncommunicative, have still not sent me a detailed statement, nor have they given me their complaints procedure which was requested months ago. They have referred me to credit reference agencies and send repeated demands for money but without any opportunity to reply or dispute their demands. I am now referring the matter to the Financial Ombudsman and seeking legal advice.
Im a new customer, but yesterday I was having problems activating my new credit card on my app,so called your company and the young man that was helping me,was EXCELLENT.
As a long-time customer, I feel compelled to express my disappointment with the unprofessional and careless behavior of the company managing their Partnership Credit Card. To be frank, this experience has ruined my Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I attempted to buy a £250 eGift card online using my credit card. I reached the payment stage and successfully confirmed the payment via the app. However, despite the approval, the company declined the payment and sent an urgent message asking me to contact them due to suspected fraud, blocking my card in the process. When I tried to call the number provided, I discovered their lack of a 24-hour service for emergencies. They also don't operate on public holidays, meaning I can't use my card throughout the Christmas period until they reopen. This has completely derailed my Christmas plans and my online shopping intentions. It is unacceptable for a credit card company to lack a 24/7 emergency service for such issues. My research shows that this company has a poor reputation for customer satisfaction. Given my experience and the frustrations shared by others, I am baffled as to why a reputable company would partner with such a flawed organization. The failures I've encountered have not only spoiled my Christmas plans but have also caused significant stress and frustration.
