New Day kept there promise by providing a 100% refinance of my homes appraised value. They also provided a complete honest cost breakdown of the refinance cost without hidden fees, unlike a competitor that hid there mortgage refinance fees as "points" to buy down the cost of financing, which was a mandatory requirement. My only complaint, or recommendation to better serve future veterans, is to shorten the time frame between having all required documentation and the VA appraisal until actual closing and dispursement of funds. In the age of automated form submission and instant money movement the process was way to long and cumberson, including mailing paper checks to me days after the actual closing for me to then mail to creditors that were bing paid with the proceeds. That process could use some major improvements and updating. Other than that all of the people involved were very friendly and professional throughout the process. I would recomend other vetetans use New Day for their mortgage needs and the only reason i didn't rate you 5 stars was the lengthy paper centric closing.
