Purchased a bed sheet from this company through Tesco Marketplace and it was a disaster from start to finish. Bought on 22nd January and took almost a month to arrive. Immediately I saw it was not the colour I ordered or what was advertised. I requested an immediate return but had no response so posted it back myself on 24th February. It took another two weeks to get a refund. Tesco Marketplace was most helpful, however, Newedge Blinds tested me to the limit with numerous time wasting emails and were most unhelpful, even to the point of saying they didn't sell the item colour I wanted, even though it was clearly shown on their advert pix and text stating the colour. To sum up: I would never buy anything from them again, it's not worth the stress or the amount of time spent emailing back and forward. Good Customer Service is key but I'm afraid I feel very let down by this protracted experience. I can't fault Tesco Marketplace for intervening to ensure I received my refund in full.
