I was very impressed with the service received. I had a query about my order and contacted customer service by email. I had a prompt reply and after giving more details about the order was told they would investigate. They did this and updated me .
Would certainly recommend and use this company again.
Wrong size blind was received and I have been waiting for nearly a year for a replacement blind to be sent to me. Each time I email I am fobbed off and told it will be in stock in a couple of weeks and sent straight out to me. Still waiting. Terrible service.
I ordered the hidden curtain track from New edge blinds. I am not a very handy person in general however the step by step manual was really easy to follow and I managed to install the track perfectly! The price of the track was also really decent in consideration to the quality of the materials. Will be ordering again!
The Roman blind kit arrived promptly. During making the blind I noticed that one of the kit components was missing .My email was replied to immediately, and a replacement part was sent out by return of post . They have even emailed me to make sure that the new parts arrived safely and that I’m happy with everything. Really excellent customer service , and the blind kit itself is good quality and was well priced.

Extremely poor experience with NewEdgeBlinds. I placed an order on the 8th of Dec and never received. My order has been delayed for weeks with repeated claims of “failed delivery attempts” that are completely false. I was home every time and have Ring camera footage proving no courier attended.I even took time off work to wait for a promised delivery by 5pm — again, nothing. No knock, no call, no delivery.Customer service acknowledged the issue but nothing changed. Being told I can’t cancel or get a refund for a “custom” item that never arrives ,is unacceptable. Total waste of time and very unprofessional. Will escalate this issue ,as I feel I have been scamed, back and forward emails ,waste of time.
I ordered a curtain pole from New edge blinds from the debenhams website and the cost was £65.75 after purchasing the item, i was browsing the web on the range website and they could get the excact same curtain pole from new edge blinds but the cost was £51 How can that be. secondly the item description is not what the item actually is i wanted and was described as polished nickel. when the item came it was black dull colour.thridly the couriers they use DX logistics are not very good. i wasnt in to receive my item. However, i got a message saying they had left the item with a neighbour. However, when i ask that neighbour they didnt know nothing about this. i then got home to find that they had just left it outside no signature no calling card like they siad they had left. no good at all.
