Received a damaged hat and requested a replacement, but was told I could only return it and make a new purchase, while also being expected to pay for shipping...after already spending a considerable amount on two hats and delivery. The customer service was rude and insistent, asking for pictures of the damaged hat, which is not part of the returns policy. I sent the hat back and waited two weeks with still no refund, then had to request a 'manual refund' after a certain period. Overall, it took three weeks to receive my refund. I will look for a replacement hat elsewhere and won't purchase directly again.
